Born in 1948 and calling Victoria home for all but a three year stretch in the far North, Daryl brings with him a solid knowledge of local history and associated skills hard to equal. Daryl cut his teeth in the Lands Dept., Surveys and Mapping Branch of the Provincial Government, graduating to a Forestry Position with Eurocan Pulp & Paper in Kitimat. The love of Victoria brought him back three years later to function as a Engineering Consultant in the development of numerous subdivisions and commercial projects throughout Greater Victoria. The ladder for an aggressive individual has many rungs, with the next being a Engineering position for Central Saanich, followed by Director of Engineering Services and Approving Officer for the District of North Saanich. If that were not enough, a little of his free time was spent as an Alderman for the Township of Sidney and a Council Member for the CRD Advisory Commission. With a couple of brief stops in between, Daryl now offers his services and expertise as a successful Realtor within the Greater Victoria, Saanich Peninsula and Western Communities for more years than he cares to remember. Cheryl Ashby Cheryl was born and raised in Victoria, BC where she has lived all her life. Cheryl has been highly involved in business and sales for over 23 years. It has been Cheryl's privilege to assist hundreds of clients in relocating here and from across the country.She is wise to the stress and difficulties that relocating can inflict and has succeeded in creating an environment in which a Seller and Buyer can move through this process with little discomfort. Wendy Ashby - Assistant Wendy began her career approximately 35 years ago in a sub-management position for the Toronto Dominion Bank. There she quickly climbed up the professional ladder until a family of two girls led to a short sabbatical. When the time was right, Wendy assumed the position of Corporate Manager and Personal Secretary to the CEO of Fisher Technologies and Seaboy Marine and there she stayed for a number of years until self-employment tugged at her heartstrings. In 1987 she joined her husband in the operation of a full service Chevron station and a couple of years later opened her own retail outlet within the Hillside Shopping Center. As time passed Wendy felt led to join her husband, where she became a vibrant participant in the field of Real Estate sales as a Licensed Realtor until recently. Wendy brings with her not only a strong background of organizational skills, but a proven track record in sales where her warm personality has been recognized as one of her greatest assets.
